QUIET ENVIRONMENT

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off when entering the spa.

CHILDREN & PET POLICY

We enjoy children; however, it is our responsibility to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients. Children can be a little unpredictable, so please make arrangements for outside care of them ahead of time.

We like pets, but it’s our job to create a peaceful and safe atmosphere for all of our customers, and to consider their comfort. Many people are afraid of animals or allergic to their hair, so we ask that pets not be brought to your appointment.

Working Assistance Dogs are very welcome. Please advise the receptionist ahead of time if possible.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest.

Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

VISITORS

We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa excluding those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.

PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive early for your appointment to allow stress-free check-in.

RETURNS

We will be happy to accept returns on most any merchandise purchased from the spa within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt except as follows: Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept opened products.

When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.

All refunds are for SPA RETAIL CREDIT ONLY for future product purchases. No cash refunds.

CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

24 HOURS notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Lindarte- Spa reserves the right to charge for the full amount of scheduled service(s) should this policy be disregarded.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be that much shorter so that the person following you starts at their appointed time.

Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

BEHAVIOR POLICY

Sexual harassment or comments towards our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments.

We retain the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Lindarte-Spa gift certificates.

All policies are subject to change according to Lindarte- Spa management.
